So I haven't exercised in weeks. Not because I was lazy, but feeling so bad that I was sleeping for three hours a day and had nausea in the evening, and even during the day. I went to the doctor, and I should get results back in a few days to see if my hormone levels are okay. They may need to do more tests.
However, I felt well enough today to do it again. Plus, I have been tired of not exercising. I noticed I was gaining weight, so hopefully this will stop after exercising again. I am not going to push myself too hard until I find out what has been making tired and sick, though.

Not great, but better than I have been doing. I look forward to exercising again tomorrow, as I have missed it quite a bit.
