I exercised two out of three days so far. Sadly, this is the best I've done since finding out I was pregnant (about a year and a half ago). I find that I just need to do it. I can't convince myself to do it, so I put myself on a schedule as if exercising is a job. In a way, it is. I need to look good if I am to present myself when I find a publisher for my novel. Plus, it would be nice to not have to buy "Mormon" clothes, since most brands I like don't make anything larger than an XL.
Saturday I exercised for 34:27 min, burned approximately 148 calories and walked 1.23 miles.
Today I forgot to do my stretches (maybe that's why my back hurt when walking) and I had a migraine. I tried to get half my goal at least, since I want to feel like I accomplished something today. I walked 17:18 minutes, burned approx. 75.6 calories and walked .63 miles.
I think I'll take some ibuprofen and relax, but I will definitely be back on the treadmill tomorrow!
