Today was not such a bad day for exercise, especially for someone out of shape. I walked 1.354 miles in 36:01 minutes, burning approximately 160 calories.
Now to stay motivated. I want to lose thirty pounds by my birthday in July. That gives me seven months of exercising, and eating right. If I meet this goal I have decided to get my first tattoo, which will be on my back. Luckily, I have never had much fat on my back, so this should be the first place to lose fat.
It may seem drastic, but if I can keep this up I am hoping to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year. My goal weight, depending on my breast size (I have to take in size H cups in to account), I would like to be 160-180 lbs in three years. I almost three hundred right now, and I am definitely feeling it when I walk, or sleep.
Of course, my main goal is to get healthy. I used to be the kind of person that didn't care about my health, or much of anything, but I have my girls to worry about now. I don't want them to lose their mom early to a preventative condition. Besides, there are many things I still want to do in life, such as doing a bike tour along the Mediterranean Sea (from Spain to Greece). I would like to go see the pyramids in Egypt and South America. That involves a lot of walking and climbing. I definitely need to be in good shape to do that.
Anyway, I am hoping that this blog will finally help me feel more accountable for my actions regarding exercise.
Here's to a much healthier year.

Keep It UP! Your goals are very realistic. Its important to start small and gradually add more. 15 minutes a day is a great start! Also, your weight goals are fantastic. Most people would say "I wanna lose 100 pounds in 6 months". Most of all I am impressed by your motivation! Staying healthy for your children is extremely important. I believe you can and will do it!
